Certain programs related to Lyons Township High School or the communities that receive LTTV
are produced by the small but dedicated staff of LTTV. Here are a few examples:
College Career Office
LTTV covers most of the events and speakers offered by the College Career Office, as
a service to students and parents. These events are televised repeatedly so that
anyone interested in learning more about planning for college, obtaining financial aid,
or other college/career topics can get the information they need.
Student of the Month
LTTV produces a separate program for each month and each campus presentation of the
Student of the Month awards. We're there for the actual breakfast and awards presentation,
and we come into the classrooms when given permission to get footage of the student
doing what they do. This program has received recognition from the school administration,
parents, teachers, and community members, and we are proud to produce it.
Parent University
The recurring installments of Parent University that are open to the public are usually covered by
LTTV staff members, edited, and aired on LTTV. These programs are informative and are considered an
ongoing resource to parents in the communities served by LTTV.
