There are a number of new programs, produced by LTTV students, that have become very popular.
Each of these shows is produced as a regular series, with a regular time slot for airing on LTTV.
Here are some of these programs:
Underground Mix
Jackie Hemauer launched a music show in 2006 called
Underground Mix, and it has since become
a staple of student produced programming on LTTV. This show features a combination of music videos,
live music performances, interviews with bands, in-studio performances from local bands, music trivia contests,
and discussion of music in general. With several episodes already completed and plenty of material to come,
Underground Mix is constantly generating interest in LTTV programming.

Brownstock
Could it be considered part of the Performing Arts? Sure. However, this annual all-day
rock concert is more than just music - it is about giving students an opportunity to
perform for their peers and for other students to have a unique experience where they
see how talented their friends are. LTTV covered Brownstock VIII in 2006 and it was a
great opportunity for our crew and the students in the TV Production class to have an
opportunity to work an all-day video shoot using our LTTV truck.
Brownstock is in a class of its own, and it is one of the highlights on our calendar.
