This department covers all shoots that take place in the studio, including original programming and other related studio productions. The department head and producers associated with this department are responsible for confirming scheduling of studio shoots, making sure the studio is fully prepared for their shoots, coordinating any staff members that are involved in productions, and coordinating student crew for studio productions. The department head in this position would likely spend 3-4 hours per week fulfilling his or her duties.

There are a number of new programs, produced by LTTV students, that have become very popular. Each of these shows is produced as a regular series, with a regular time slot for airing on LTTV.
