To order a copy of a program from LTTV, please fill in the information below. All proceeds go to help support LTTV, and the costs for copies (unless otherwise specified) are listed below:

1 DVD = $15.00

Once we have received payment we will process your order. The DVD copy will be mailed out to you at no charge.

The form that you fill out below will be submitted to LTTV via email. Once you have submitted your form, please mail in your check and a note with your name, address, phone number, and the title of the program you ordered.
